We tried to keep it a secret for as long as humanly possible, but we are bursting at the seams with excitement to share our big news with whoopie pie lovers everywhere!  So here it is... We are joining forces with two other local Maine businesses to open the first ever coffee bar and whoopie pie shop all rolled up in one!  That's right, we've outgrown our beloved shared kitchen space at Fork Food Lab in Portland, Maine, and will be moving into our new diggs sometime early this year. Last night's Out On Ice event held at The Rink at Thompson's Point in Portland, Maine was a huge success!  This very special annual event supports  GLSEN-Southern Maine and EqualityMaine's programs creating safer schools for LGBT youth in Southern Maine.  The whoopettes were in attendance, serving up Maine's best whoopie pies from the Yurt Cafe, right alongside local business buddies, White Cap Coffee and the Rwanda Bean Company.  Ice skaters and spectators enjoyed our custom flavor whoopie pies made specially for the event - ANGEL KISS, featuring vanilla cakes with Frangelico cream filling - along with best-sellers BROMANCE and the...
