Vanilla Cakes With Espresso Cream 

Imagine vanilla beans being brought to you on a pillow. That’s  our vanilla cakes. They are light and fluffy while being deep and rich and filled with vanilla beans. Butter and cream cheese are making sure the cakes maintain the maximum moistness while vanilla paste steals the show in the flavor department. These cakes have been described as heavenly, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Our Latte cream is a combination of our rich vanilla paste and espresso then we throw in Kahlua to take it over the top. We fuse these flavors together in such a way that it creates a harmony you won’t soon forget. How about some tea or a cup of joe and a Vanilla Latte gourmet whoopie pie? You just have to try this to be delighted!

Here are the ingredients:

Vanilla cake ingredients:  sugar, cage free eggs, butter (cream and salt), flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese culture, whey protein concentrate, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate), salt, vanilla.  Espresso filling ingredients:  sugar, water, butter (cream, salt), Kahlua (rum, coffee, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla bean), espresso, cage free egg whites, modified corn starch, tapioca flour.
