Red Velvet Cakes: sugar, cage-free eggs, butter (cream and salt), flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese (pasteurized nonfat milk and milkfat, cheese culture, whey protein concentrate, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum), cocoa, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate), red food coloring (water, propylene glycol, FD&C red 40 and 3, and 0.1% propylparaben) Vanilla Filling: sugar, water, butter (cream, salt), cage-free egg whites, modified corn starch, tapioca flour, vanilla extract. Sparkling Sugar: Sugar, carnauba wax, confectioners' glaze.
