Chocolate Cake With Raspberry Cream

We knew we were crazy when we put this flavor combination together because its all our favorites rolled into one….we love the chocolate cakes and the raspberry cream! So, HANKY PANKY was born! We’ll never tell if you love it, too! The chocolate cakes are rich and deeply chocolate. They are the perfect backdrop for that tart and sweet red raspberry that cream. Could there be anything more perfect than the addition of our thick rich raspberry cream? 

Our raspberry cream is one of the best things we make! We start with butter and add some marshmallow and then top it off with the best raspberry on the planet. The raspberry we use is jam and extract to make sure you get the point. It’s a thick, sweet concoction that is loaded with raspberry flavor. This stuff is the elixir of the Gods its so good! So, butter, marshmallow and all that raspberry make a party where no one ever wants to leave. Just come on in, the music is great and dancing is a must. This flavor will call you in, hold your hand and make your night, all at once!

Chocolate Cake Ingredients:  sugar, cage free eggs, butter (cream and salt), flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese (pasteurized nonfat milk and milkfat, cheese culture, whey protein concentrate, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum), cocoa, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate), vanilla, salt. Raspberry Filling Ingredients:  sugar, water, butter (cream, salt), raspberry extract, cage free egg whites, modified corn starch, tapioca flour, red food coloring(water, propylene glycol, propylparaben, red dye #5).
