This combination is a ginger cake with all the spicy fun of both pirates and sailors alike. Avast ye hardy’s this little number will bring you back to the days on the high seas where your pay was measured in jiggers of rum. Here, with our ginger cakes we changed it up a bit, for our pirates, to the most flavorful bourbon we could find.

Ginger Cake Ingredients: brown sugar, cage free eggs, butter (cream and salt), flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese culture, whey protein concentrate, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate), cinnamon, ginger, nutmet and cloves, salt. Bourbon Filling Ingredients: sugar, water, butter (cream, salt), bourbon, cage free egg whites, modified corn starch, tapioca flour.
