The cakes are a little bit of our best chocolate from the Netherlands and a little bit of our amazing vanilla from Madagascar and then all the red we could pack into them! They are out loud red but all the subtlety of a minor in chocolate and vanilla together. We pulled out all the stops on this one...its got a bit of everything to make sure we hit your YUM button! The filling is our fresh strawberry cream. Its all about the summertime, with cool breezes by the ocean and strawberries growing all along the path....you really can't pass this one up! We must say...we LOVE it!
Red velvet cake ingredients: sugar, eggs, butter (cream, salt), flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese (pasteurized nonfat milk and milkfat, cheese culture, whey protein concentrate, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum), cocoa, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and mono calcium phosphate), red food coloring (water, propylene glycol, propylparaben, red dye #5), vanilla, salt. Strawberry filling ingredients: sugar, water, butter (cream, salt), strawberry extract, cage free egg whites, modified corn starch, tapioca flour.
