When we, here at Cape Whoopie start putting flavors together sometimes we just go off the deep end and combine more taste in one pie than anyone could imagine. This little Red Riot pie is just one of these moments. We have paired our crazy mixed up red velvet cake that is chocolate and vanilla and red all around with raspberry and then, to top off this mixed up craziness we filled these cakes with coconut cream. This is an adventure that ends at the beach with all that coconut has to offer. Our red velvet cakes are so much wrapped up in one that it's impossible to separate out the flavors, then the seedless raspberry jam steps up and makes it’s own statement. We love you raspberry jam you are pure delight.
To top off this craziness the nutty, chewy coconut cream hijacks the prank and wants all the attention. You are immediately captivated by the intensity of the coconut flavor and then all that chewiness is more than you hoped for! This is a crazy nutty fun sort of day, take it all in and enjoy!
