Chocolate Guinness Cakes With Bailey's Irish Cream

For all you Irishmen out there, we aren’t being disrespectful, here, we are trying to say that you have cornered the market on a flavor combination and we want in! We have paired our deliciously rich chocolate cakes with Guinness to start off the night. We make the cakes more than enough on their own and when these babies come out of the oven we paint them with Guinness! While your head is still spinning over the Guinness in these cakes we then fill them with Bailey’s Irish Cream flavored cream. You’d think we also play a bagpipe to them while they are cooling their jets!

The Bailey’s Irish Cream flavored filling is over the top and makes you wish you could be dropped in the vat of this creamy concoction and forced to eat your way out! Well, that’s where I go with this one! But, lads and lasses, instead its an experience one would never venture into alone…bring friends, this is a pie for a party! Oh, and bring the bagpipes, too, these babies are Irish to the core!

Here are the ingredients:

Chocolate Cake Ingredients:  sugar, cage free eggs, butter (cream and salt), flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream cheese (pasteurized nonfat milk and milkfat, cheese culture, whey protein concentrate, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum), cocoa, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch and monocalcium phosphate), Guinness, vanilla, salt.  Bailey’s Irish Cream Filling Ingredients:  sugar, water, butter (cream and salt), Bailey’s Irish Cream, cage free egg whites, modified corn starch, tapioca flour.
